Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we are happy to help you with returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., intimate apparel, swimwear, or beauty items) are non-returnable. Please check product details before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at  starmagicshop8@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
  4. Carefully package the item(s) and affix the shipping label. You can drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Return Shipping

  • Domestic returns: Return shipping is free if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product). If you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International returns: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at starmagicshop8@gmail.com. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
